Returns and Exchanges
WITH an H-D of Seattle Receipt:
Return your merchandise, along with the original receipt, to the originating department within 14 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be in new, unworn
condition, with original tags & packaging.*
IF YOU PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD:
We will credit the purchase amount to your
same credit card.
IF YOU PAID WITH A CHECK:
You will be issued a refund check from our office after 10 working days of purchase date.
IF YOU PAID WITH CASH:
Under $50 - We will refund cash.
Over $50 - We will issue a company check.
WITHOUT an H-D of Seattle Receipt:
Returns without a receipt will be at the
discretion of the department manager on
a case by case basis.
HELMETS/SALES/OUTLET CENTER:
All HELMETS, SALE merchandise and
OUTLET CENTER purchases are FINAL.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL
ORDERS AND ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE
AT MANAGER’S DISCRETION.
*Returns/Exchanges may be subject to re-stock charges.
